How to pay

We or our agents may request details from DVLA of the owner/keeper of any vehicle issued with a Parking Charge Notice on this site, who fall to pay the appropriate charge within 28 days of issue.

How can I pay?

All payments are processed by our agent Parking Collection Services which is a trading style of Debt Recovery Plus Ltd.

Accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, Switch or Visa Electron.

By Telephone: 

Credit/debit card payments can be made via our 24 hour automated payment line by calling 0844 556 0685 (please have your card details and our reference number ready). Should you wish to speak to an operator opening hours are 9am – 6pm Monday-Friday

By Post:

To Parking Collection Services, P.O. Box 271, Aston Under Lyne, OL6 ODL. By cheque or postal order payable to Parking Collection Services and returned with the completed payment slip below. Please enclose a photocopy of the Parking Charge e Notice or write the parking charge number and your vehicle registration number on the reverse of the cheque. DO NOT SEND CASH.
